About The Position

Precise Systems is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support their Patuxent River, MD customer, specifically the PMA-280 FMS UK Team. This role involves providing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case support. The Junior Program Analyst will assist Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with relevant regulations such as the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), as well as DoD Acquisition policy. A Secret clearance is required, and the ability to obtain it after assignment is acceptable, with the contractor determining achievability prior to placement.

Requirements

Education requirement must be fulfilled by a degree in a Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline.
A Junior level person has less than three (3) years of relevant experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree: Six (6) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Associate’s Degree plus Three (3) years’ additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

Support foreign government system operational capability queries, including comparing FMS capabilities with current domestic capabilities.
Assist with updating and delivering various reports, such as meeting agendas and minutes, issues and watch items for the FMS Leadership Team, briefing materials and IGS inputs for FMS integration, and action item trackers.
Manage disclosure review and release process.
Coordinate logistics for Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Working Groups (WG), and other internal team and external partner meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
