About The Position

The Junior Production Associate (JPA) supports the Production Team through hands-on execution, operational assistance, and day-to-day production support across all phases of content production. The role helps Producers and Directors execute shoots efficiently by handling support tasks, maintaining an organized environment, and assisting with production logistics. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with work scheduled on an as-needed basis. There is potential for the role to transition into a full-time position based on the evolving needs of the team.

Responsibilities

Assist with errands, pickups, returns, and supply runs.
Support Directors and production crew during shoots as directed.
Assist with maintaining production documents, receipts, and organizational materials.
Assist with pre-production, on-set, and wrap-related tasks.
Carry out assigned production support tasks quickly and accurately.
Support day-to-day on-set operations during production.
Assist with setup, teardown, staging, and production readiness.
Help maintain clean, organized, and safe production environments.
Assist crew members, talent, and leadership with operational needs during shoots.
Help ensure production areas remain stocked and functional throughout the day.
Perform other duties as assigned.
