About The Position

Join Joyous in our mission to revolutionize mental health care. As pioneers, we leverage very low dose (VLD) ketamine, AI-powered treatments, and advanced technologies to make mental health care effective, accessible, and affordable. With a team of nearly 120 professionals, we've transformed over 60,000 lives, leading a mental wellness revolution for a future where everyone can thrive. Working with us offers more than a job; it's a chance to be part of a life-saving mission that promotes health and compassion worldwide. You'll push mental health care boundaries with AI innovations, contributing to meaningful change and experiencing significant professional growth. At Joyous, we're creating lasting impacts, one life at a time. The Role: At Joyous, AI is at the core of everything we build. Our AI-driven personalization engine dynamically tailors treatment plans by analyzing patient responses and engagement patterns, ensuring each individual receives the most effective care. Our autonomous AI agents guide patients through their treatment journey, providing intelligent, responsive support while continuously learning and adapting. Additionally, our dose optimization models accelerate the discovery of the right therapeutic dosage by analyzing real-world data, helping patients achieve better outcomes faster. We take a hands-on approach to product development — one that’s fast, flexible, and execution-focused. Unlike traditional product teams that rely on long engineering cycles, our product team directly builds the product using low-code and no-code platforms. Engineering provides the necessary webhooks and backend infrastructure, while the product team rapidly designs, deploys, and iterates on new features. This enables us to move quickly, streamline processes, and launch impactful solutions in weeks instead of months. We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our growing team and help shape our AI-powered product ecosystem. In this role, you will develop your product skills by working closely with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that transform mental health care. You will get hands-on with our low-code/no-code platform to build AI features, analyze patient and product data to scope projects and solutions, and be a pivotal part of building features that directly improve patient outcomes. If you are curious about AI, passionate about mental health, and eager to grow in a fast-moving, hands-on environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on patient outcomes. Location: This role is in-office at our HQ in Foster City, CA.
