About The Position

The Junior Product Manager will support the Compliance, Integrations, and Aggregator domains within the GLIDEPARCS platform. This role provides execution support across product streams and engineering pods, helping the platform evolve into a scalable, SaaS-compliant solution serving Institutions, Campuses, Municipal, etc. verticals. This is an entry-to-mid product role responsible for requirement clarity, documentation discipline, and delivery support, working directly with the EVP and the wider product team, with a growth track toward independent domain ownership.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years Product Management or related product/delivery experience
  • Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS products and agile delivery
  • Strong experience in compliance-driven or workflow-intensive systems preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering and influence through clarity, not authority

Nice To Haves

  • Parking, mobility, or compliance tech experience.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI applications in workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Translate roadmap items and stakeholder requests into clear user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain backlog hygiene, prioritization inputs, and sprint-ready work for assigned domain streams
  • Produce disciplined product documentation per the Premium Design Process (PDP)
  • Contribute to multi-tenant SaaS readiness through clear requirements
  • Document RBAC, configurability, and modular requirements for engineering
  • Support alignment of product work with strategic initiatives
  • Help translate Campus, Institutional, and Municipal needs into platform-ready requirements
  • Support packaging inputs aligned to subscription and transaction-based monetization
  • Document multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements and edge cases for engineering
  • Support profile-driven compliance and intelligent compliance workflows
  • Validate that delivered features meet auditability and operational traceability requirements
  • Coordinate third-party and aggregator integration requirements with engineering pods
  • Track integration reliability and defects; flag fragility early
  • Support Aggregator and hardware/software ecosystem enablement tasks
  • Track delivery status against domain OKRs set with the EVP
  • Run UAT coordination, defect triage, and release-readiness checks
  • Ensure delivery transparency and stakeholder communication
