About The Position

Sway Creative Labs is seeking an organized and proactive Junior Producer to manage retainer and quick-turn projects, learning the full campaign lifecycle alongside the senior production team. This role involves direct client interaction from day one for recurring requests and offers growth opportunities on larger, multi-channel campaigns (video, web, print, social, paid media) under the guidance of experienced producers. The position emphasizes autonomy and rapid advancement for high performers in a small, efficient team environment. Ideal candidates are highly organized, adept at managing multiple priorities, and eager to take on significant responsibility.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of project management or production experience in a creative, marketing, or advertising environment; strong internship experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines without dropped threads.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable on client calls.
  • Working knowledge of at least two of the following mediums: digital, video, print, social.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Working fluency with AI tools and the ability to construct specific, well-framed prompts.
  • Willingness to work independently and escalate issues early when projects are off track.
  • Occasional travel and on-set availability required.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to video production workflows, from pre-production through delivery.
  • Familiarity with media trafficking, insertion orders, or ad spec requirements.
  • Basic comfort in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite sufficient to review and mark up creative.
  • Background supporting healthcare, tourism, food/beverage, legal, or CPG accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage day-to-day retainer requests across digital, print, social, and video, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for routine work, providing responsive and knowledgeable support.
  • Perform final proofing for client work, checking specifications, copy accuracy, brand standards, and alignment with original requests.
  • Maintain current client status sheets to ensure all tasks are accounted for.
  • Support Producers and Senior Producers on larger integrated campaigns by taking ownership of assigned workstreams.
  • Coordinate multi-deliverable rollouts, including resizes, trafficking, and asset delivery according to media flight dates.
  • Track deliverable inventories for campaigns with numerous assets, such as display sets, video cutdowns, and localized versions.
  • Draft schedules, task briefs, and simple estimates for review.
  • Create and maintain tasks with thorough descriptions, attached materials, and realistic durations.
  • Prepare invoices upon work completion and ensure vendor invoices are processed promptly.
  • Utilize AI tools for tasks such as transcript synthesis, status recaps, initial schedule drafting, research, and document preparation.
  • Support pre-production for photo and video shoots, including call sheets, scheduling, logistics for locations and talent, and release forms.
  • Act as an on-set production resource, ensuring the day stays on schedule and the crew has necessary resources.
