About The Position

The Junior Presentation Designer, New Business supports Zeno Group’s growth efforts by transforming strategy, ideas and content into polished presentations that showcase the agency’s thinking, capabilities and work. The designer partners with New Business, Strategy, Creative and client teams to develop pitch materials that tell compelling stories and create memorable experiences for prospective clients. This role is suited to an emerging designer seeking to build presentation design expertise, collaborate across disciplines and contribute to high-profile new business opportunities across the agency.

The role involves designing and formatting new business presentations from concept through final delivery, using visual hierarchy, typography, imagery and layout to make complex information clear and compelling. It also involves applying Zeno’s brand guidelines, creating and maintaining templates and visual assets, coordinating work across multiple pitches and deadlines, incorporating feedback, and preparing accurate, consistent presentation files for live or virtual delivery. The designer is expected to contribute to presentation design standards and best practices while continuing to develop skills in visual storytelling, brand design and new business communications.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of presentation design, graphic design or related creative experience in an agency, in-house creative team or similar environment.
• Strong layout, composition and typography skills, with experience designing polished, professional presentations.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to organize complex information into clear, engaging presentation narratives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A portfolio demonstrating presentation design, branding, layout and visual storytelling capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and rounds of feedback.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience partnering across creative and non-creative teams.
• Ability to receive feedback and apply it thoughtfully to strengthen the work.
• Comfort working across Mac and PC environments.
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset, with curiosity about storytelling, design and how creative work can support business growth.

Nice To Haves

• Experience developing presentations for new business pitches, client presentations or other high-visibility opportunities.
• Experience creating charts, diagrams, infographics or other forms of information design.
• Familiarity with presentation templates, master slides and scalable design systems.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines while adapting creative approaches to different audiences and opportunities.
• Experience with Keynote.

Responsibilities

• Design and format new business presentations from concept through final delivery, using visual hierarchy, typography, imagery and layout to communicate complex information clearly and compellingly.
• Partner with New Business, Strategy, Creative and subject matter experts to translate strategic thinking and content into polished pitch materials.
• Apply Zeno’s brand guidelines consistently and maintain a high standard of design across presentations and other new business materials.
• Create and maintain presentation templates, master slides, charts, diagrams, infographics, case studies and capability materials.
• Manage assigned presentation work across multiple pitches and deadlines, collaborating with writers, strategists, designers and agency leaders to incorporate feedback and keep projects moving forward.
• Review and prepare final presentation files for accuracy, visual consistency, functionality and readiness for live or virtual delivery.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen presentation design standards, templates and best practices while developing skills in visual storytelling, brand design and new business communications.
• Source and edit imagery, icons and other visual assets while maintaining brand and quality standards.
