This junior role is responsible for assessing and underwriting personal lines risks presented by calls and transactions aligned with corporate risk appetites. They will be responsible for assisting brokers with inquiries related to billing and complete transactions. Ensure risk reviews are performed within authority levels, regulatory and compliance requirements. Contribute to achieving the department's operations and quality metrics by reviewing individual performance indicators. Provide broker insights and trends to leaders and senior members of the team. Ensure consistent quality service is provided to broker partners by reviewing feedback provided by quality reviews and customer surveys.
