Requirements
- 1+ years in an Automotive Parts environment
- Automotive proficiency with a high level of understanding of vehicle components.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a very high volume and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, independent, process driven and a team player with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Have a valid British Columbia driver’s license, with a clean driver’s abstract.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of CDK system is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving as necessary.
- Ordering and inventorying parts as necessary to maintain accurate stocking levels.
- Sort, store, and organize incoming parts to ensure repair processes are followed.
- Utilize an EPC to look up accurate parts for Service vehicle repairs.
- Provide accurate information as necessary to all departments.
- Liaise with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure accuracy and necessity of parts.
- Returning cancelled or unnecessary parts as per departmental policies.
- Review and validate accuracy of parts sold to repairs for approvals and pricing.
