About The Position

We are seeking an ambitious performance marketing specialist to join our growth team. The candidate will help develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns alongside a talented team of marketers and sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Google Ads
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics tools and SEO optimization strategies
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation and project management platforms
  • Basic understanding in Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn (optional).
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor and optimize performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate).
  • Data driven mindset with hands-on experience using tracking tools (GA4, GTM, pixels).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns end-to-end
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns, including lead quality optimization

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Google Gen, and Meta, including retargeting initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager, sales teams, and broader marketing teams to develop and execute a cohesive multi-channel strategy.
  • Optimize audience targeting and alignment between paid media and sales objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across ad creative, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and performance optimization.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Compile performance reports and provide clear insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose innovative paid media initiatives to drive new user acquisition.
  • Analyze user behavior using heatmapping and session-recording tools such as Hotjar or Mouseflow.
  • Collaborate with SEO teams on onsite initiatives, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and technical analysis.
  • Conduct basic SEO analysis using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Work collaboratively on projects using Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Proactive self-starter with an ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
