About The Position
This role is 100% onsite at the client locations. This person must be able to "hit the ground running", as there is no luxury of training or providing a long ramp-up. The ideal candidate will have a history of working in a NOC or Network Support Team.
Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of experience working with networks.
- Familiarity with network terminology, protocols, technology (software and hardware), architecture, and access.
- Experience with Cisco Routing & Switching.
- Experience with Cisco ISE.
- Experience with Cisco WiFi.
- Experience working in a NOC or Network Support Team.
Nice To Haves
- CCNA certification preferred.
