We are currently seeking a Junior Network Administrator to support our Legacy Management Team. The Junior Network Administrator will maintain, operate, and troubleshoot network infrastructures. Increase network efficiency and reduce downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to the team. Stay current with industry advancements and leverage technical expertise to drive operational success.

Requirements

Associates in computer science, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
2 Years of Networking Experience
CCNA
Experience in Network Operations.
Experience with Routing Protocols, Security Products and Technologies, and LAN switching Technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with access control models and network security
US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.

Responsibilities

Maintain network infrastructures in real time.
Operate and maintain on site networking for operations.
Monitor and track network utilization.
Apply utilization, authentication, and authorization policies to maintain the quality and the security of the network.

Provide technical support to other teams and users in the environment.
Report Network issues to senior management.
Creating and maintaining documentation.
