About The Position

Join our team as a Junior Network Administrator for Space, Cyber and Intelligence Systems! You'll work alongside experienced network and IT professionals supporting enterprise network infrastructure, secure communications, and network security operations. Requirements

• Associate's degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols, and network communications.
• Developing familiarity with networking equipment (routers, switches, VoIP, VTC systems).
• Ability to troubleshoot 10/100/1000 Base T and fiber optic wiring in support of network systems.
• Developing familiarity with network monitoring tools and reporting technologies.
• Developing familiarity with DISA STIGs and applicable security requirements.
• Active DoD Security Clearance required (level TBD based on program requirements).
• A minimum of an IAT Level II (DoD 8570/8140.01) certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire (e.g., CompTIA Security+).

• Hands-on experience or coursework in network administration, IT systems, or a related technical field.
• Developing familiarity with COMSEC standards, encryption systems, or secure network environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to apply AI tools for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work with routers, switches, and network infrastructure installation and configuration.
• Supporting secure network operations including COMSEC and encryption systems.
• Engaging with cross-functional IT and engineering teams to resolve network issues and support continuous improvement.
• Monitoring network performance metrics and assisting with troubleshooting across LAN/WAN environments.
• Contributing to documentation, test procedures, and network configuration records.
• Providing responsive customer service and technical support to internal stakeholders.
