Junior Membership Coordinator
About The Position
Vamos Health is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join their growing field sales team as a Junior Membership Coordinator. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are new to sales or to the direct enrollment model. The role involves working in the community through door-to-door outreach, events, and at partner locations to enroll members in the Vamos Health membership program. Junior Representatives will benefit from a structured ramp-up period, mentorship from senior team members, and a full-employment model with guaranteed minimum pay. Vamos Health provides primary care and navigational services in both Spanish and English on a membership model, meaning no insurance is required. Patients pay a predictable monthly fee and receive a high level of attention. The bilingual team provides primary care for all ages in-person, by phone, and via text message. At select locations, Medicaid is also accepted.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- Access to a personal vehicle for daily work (mileage reimbursed, not daily commute)
- U.S. work authorization
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, stretch, or stoop
- Frequently able to use all types of vision, including close or computer vision
Nice To Haves
- Experience in door-to-door sales, community outreach, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with healthcare membership or direct-enrollment models
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Enroll community members in Vamos Health membership plans through door-to-door outreach, events, and partner locations
- Record all hours worked accurately in BambooHR daily
- Maintain accurate enrollment records using Hint/Cerebro systems
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching conversations
- Build positive relationships with prospective and current members
- Represent Vamos Health's mission and values in every community interaction
