About The Position

We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Junior Marketing Manager to join our growing online casino marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with at least 1 year of experience who is ready to take ownership of customer retention campaigns and develop expertise within the iGaming industry. You will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and onsite messaging, helping to drive player engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Working closely with CRM, Content, Design, Product, and Analytics teams, you will ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with a data-driven mindset and is eager to build a career in online gaming.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Finnish language skills (written and spoken).
  • At least 1 year of experience in CRM, digital marketing, retention marketing, or a related marketing role.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels including email, SMS, social media, and CRM platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and raw data handling.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or another online entertainment business.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Optimove, Fast Track, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Familiarity with player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Understanding of casino bonuses, promotions, loyalty programmes, and player retention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS and onsite channels.
  • Support the delivery of promotional campaigns, bonus offers, tournaments, and retention initiatives targeted at a global database of players.
  • Coordinate campaign briefs with internal stakeholders including Design, Content, Product, and Compliance teams.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and according to schedule.
  • Write, edit, and proofread CRM communications in native-level Finnish and English.
  • Support with AI-driven content creation in other languages.
  • Ensure all customer-facing content reflects the brand tone of voice and market-specific requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance.
  • Assist with A/B testing initiatives and campaign optimisation.
  • Generate regular campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the execution of loyalty, VIP, bonus, and retention strategies.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve player journeys and customer experiences.
  • Work with segmentation and targeting tools to deliver personalised communications.
  • Manage multiple campaign activities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Proactively communicate campaign progress, challenges, and results.
  • Contribute ideas for improving CRM processes, automation, and campaign effectiveness.
