About The Position
Valora Rise is seeking ambitious individuals for a Junior Marketing Assistant (Events) role. This entry-level position is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in dynamic environments, and aim for a long-term career in marketing and events. As part of the events division, you will help execute engaging face-to-face campaigns for national nonprofit organizations. Your responsibilities will include working at various venues to raise awareness, inspire support, and create memorable customer experiences. Full training and ongoing support are provided, making previous marketing experience unnecessary.

Responsibilities
- Setting up and supporting live promotional events
- Speaking with members of the public about our nonprofit partners
- Explaining campaigns in a friendly, engaging, and professional way
- Building positive relationships with potential supporters
- Assisting with event marketing activities and customer engagement
- Working alongside an energetic team to achieve campaign goals
- Learning new marketing and communication techniques through daily coaching
