Junior Loan Officer
About The Position
Toll Brothers Mortgage seeks college graduates with backgrounds in business or sales who want to become loan originators in the mortgage industry. In this role, you will receive classroom training and hands-on experience while working toward becoming a licensed originator. The comprehensive nine-month training program covers mortgage, real estate, and compliance fundamentals. You will be mentored by an experienced Loan Originator, observe their day-to-day activities, and develop your professional sales skills while working independently. The position is on-site five days per week. Toll Brothers Mortgage is a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc., a publicly traded luxury home builder. It provides home financing to buyers of Toll Brothers homes and other clients. The company offers a broad range of conventional and jumbo loan products, multiple long-term rate-lock options, and company-generated leads.
