Junior Loan Officer
About The Position
Toll Brothers Mortgage seeks college graduates with a business or sales background who want to become loan originators in the mortgage industry. The Junior Mortgage Loan Officer receives classroom training and hands-on experience while working independently toward becoming a licensed originator. The comprehensive nine-month training program covers mortgage, real estate, and compliance fundamentals. The employee is mentored by an experienced Loan Originator, follows that mentor’s day-to-day activities, and develops professional sales skills. This position is on-site five days per week. Toll Brothers Mortgage is a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, Inc., a publicly traded luxury home builder. It provides home financing to Toll Brothers homebuyers and other clients, offers conventional and jumbo products, and provides company-generated leads.
