Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in state
  • 3+ years of personal injury experience with a focus in Trial.
  • Min. 3+ Civil Jury Trials to Verdict
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Proven track record of successful case management and client representation, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
  • Experience in conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing sound legal advice to clients
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution
  • Conduct thorough case investigations to establish liability and assess damages
  • Draft, file, and argue key litigation documents, including discovery motions, law and motion, and oppositions to motions for summary judgment
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of attorneys and legal professionals to drive case strategy
  • Deliver exceptional client service by maintaining consistent communication and guiding clients through each stage of their case
  • Gain hands-on experience handling complex, high-value litigation matters
  • Continuously develop your litigation skills through mentorship from experienced attorneys
