The Meadowbrook School of Weston is seeking a junior kindergarten educator to join its faculty for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is part-time (0.85 FTE) with hours from approximately 7:45 am to 1:00 pm, with the option to become full-time by joining the after-school faculty from approximately 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm. The school is exploring a full-day junior kindergarten program for the 2027-2028 school year. Meadowbrook is a mission-driven school committed to providing a well-rounded, rigorous education that often challenges students beyond their grade level, particularly in reading and math. The school seeks an educator with a background or interest in cultural competency, curriculum development, and technology integration, and an understanding of the social and emotional development of pre-kindergarteners (4-5 year olds). The role is a co-teaching position, requiring strong communication, relationship-building skills, flexibility, and collegiality.
