About The Position

abra Technologies, a leading high-tech company, is looking for a Junior IT Support / Help Desk L1 specialist to join our internal IT team in Raanana. This role is ideal for candidates at the beginning of their IT career who are passionate about technology, customer service, and learning modern cloud-based environments.

Requirements

  • Military/National service completed
  • Basic experience in IT Support / Help Desk / Technical Support
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory (users, passwords, groups)
  • Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good Hebrew and English skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access
  • Experience with Intune / MDM
  • macOS support experience
  • Basic PowerShell or GPO knowledge
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice)
  • Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102, CompTIA A+)
  • Experience in large organizations
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, remote sessions, and frontal support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Handle service tickets and document resolutions
  • Install and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, and peripheral equipment
  • Support user onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Work closely with internal IT teams in a modern hybrid-cloud environment
