Requirements
- Good knowledge of popular computer technologies and applications
- Problem-solving skills and above-average communication skills
- Very good English
- Bachelor's degree
- Availability for at least 25 hours per week
- Student status preferred
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for IT requests with employees worldwide.
- Onboarding new employees, including hardware preparation and granting access rights.
- Active participation in the development of knowledge management, including FAQs, procedures, and training materials.
- Installation, administration, maintenance, and documentation of IT services.
