About The Position

Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling. We’re hiring an IT Support & Operations Technician to keep our team up and running across HQ and our production facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support employees, onboard new hires, troubleshoot issues in real time, and help maintain the tech that powers our day to day operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants exposure to multiple areas of IT and the chance to grow quickly.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT or technical support role
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
  • Working knowledge of MacOS and Windows
  • Comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting and physical setups
  • Positive attitude, no task is too small
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Comfortable supporting both executives and entry-level employees
  • Able to troubleshoot quickly and stay calm under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to employees in person and through a ticketing system
  • Set up and onboard new hires, including devices, accounts, and access
  • Troubleshoot live issues as they happen, including Zoom rooms and conference spaces
  • Support production and facility tech, including racks and hardware setups
  • Keep office technology running smoothly, including TVs, displays, and meeting rooms
  • Assist with basic network support like WiFi and connectivity issues
  • Manage and resolve tickets with a focus on speed and quality
  • Document issues, fixes, and patterns to improve future support
  • Work with everyone from executives to new hires
