We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented graduate to join our Total Rewards team and help grow our global Korn Ferry Pay benchmark databases. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the quality and density of our compensation and rewards databases. By connecting with new clients and soliciting participation within our compensation surveys, you will help enhance the credibility of our industry peer groups, improve role coverage (such as Digital, AI, Cyber security etc.), and increase client confidence during renewal cycles. This is an excellent developmental role for individuals interested in Business Development, Sales, Total Rewards, Human Resources, and data‑driven insights. This is a part-time opportunity, 20 hours per week, and fully remote (US Based).
