We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resource team at Marsh in Ireland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Reporting to the Lead HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive Human Resource services in a successful and growing organization. As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will play an important role within the People Function and will support our businesses across Ireland. In this role, you will coach, support and advise People Managers based in Ireland, aiming to develop and enhance the quality of people management throughout the colleague lifecycle; this role can also include project work. You will have the opportunity to advise and support on people matters in a business where the People function is considered an essential partner. The Junior HR Business Partner will also be key to the supporting the deployment and adoption of new processes or initiatives which are aimed at People Managers. You will need to understand and reflect the local market perspective whilst respecting the value of enterprise-wide alignment where appropriate.
