Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative department.
  • Completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with a graphic design emphasis.
  • Highly skilled in using industry-leading software and technologies, i.e.: Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Ability to understand/follow creative direction and incorporate constructive feedback.
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas to peers whilst explaining design decisions.
  • Comfortable tackling problems head-on and adapting to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Scale and rebrand print materials including spec sheets, direct mailers, flyers, etc.
  • Create and deliver compelling design concepts for digital graphics, display ads, social graphics, email and website marketing campaigns and event specific promotions for all Grimco brands.
  • Record and edit videos for Grimco’s YouTube channel, social media, and webstore pages.
  • Take tasks from design brief all the way through to implementation on multiple platforms.
  • Any other design and creative tasks needed depending on demand.
  • Maintain brand guidelines for all assets.
  • Ability to work with the marketing team to communicate the stakeholder’s needs and messages.
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends, best practices, and methods.
