About The Position

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the marketing team by developing high-quality digital assets across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, website content, and presentation materials. This role will work closely with brand, marketing, and creative teams to ensure all visual communications align with brand guidelines and support business objectives. This is an ideal opportunity for a designer who is passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and creating engaging visual content that drives performance.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of graphic design experience (internships included).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience designing for social media and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, including photo retouching, image manipulation, vector illustration, and production-ready asset creation.
  • Experience with Figma for collaborative design and digital asset development.
  • Experience with Canva for quick-turn marketing and social media creative.
  • Basic motion graphics and video editing experience using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
  • Experience designing for ecommerce, DTC, consumer packaged goods (CPG), wellness, fitness, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands.
  • Understanding of digital marketing creative best practices across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and website design.
  • Experience creating presentation templates and sales materials in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Knowledge of file preparation, asset organization, and creative production workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design static and motion assets for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create graphics for organic content, promotional campaigns, product launches, giveaways, and retailer support.
  • Adapt content across multiple platform formats and dimensions.
  • Design creative assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and retailer media campaigns.
  • Develop ad variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Ensure assets meet platform specifications and performance objectives.
  • Design email graphics and layouts for promotional, lifecycle, and retention campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually engaging newsletters that drive opens, clicks, and conversions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all email communications.
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint and Google Slides templates.
  • Design professional presentations for internal meetings, retailer line reviews, sales pitches, and executive presentations.
  • Support the creation of one-pagers, sell sheets, and marketing recaps.
  • Create website banners, landing page graphics, and promotional assets.
  • Ensure all creative aligns with established brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Assist with maintaining and evolving design systems and asset libraries.
