About The Position

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our online training courses, marketing materials, and website. You will work closely with our instructional designers, content creators, and marketing team to ensure that our brand is consistently represented in all visual materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a remote or online environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

• Experience in video editing and animation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and create graphics for online training courses, marketing materials, and website
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to develop visually impactful training materials
• Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual materials
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and materials
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
