Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory, hierarchy, and visual communication
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, illustration, web design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, implement feedback, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience creating designs for web and social media platforms is a plus
- Experience with Figma is a plus
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphic designs for our online store, promotions, social media, and other digital platforms
- Understand and execute the Stampin' Up! brand through compelling visual storytelling
- Prepare and export design deliverables for digital platforms
- Support creative operations through organization, asset management, workflow improvements, and process efficiencies
- Participate in team brainstorms, design critiques, and project reviews
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative environment
- Partner closely with marketing, writing, photography, and cross-functional teams
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices
- Pursue ongoing professional and personal development
