About The Position

As a Junior Graphic Designer at HireClix, you will play an important role in bringing our clients' employer brands to life through compelling visual design. You will work alongside our creative, marketing, and web development teams to create digital assets, recruitment marketing campaigns, career site designs, and branded content. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional looking to grow their design skills while gaining experience in recruitment marketing and web design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of graphic design experience through internships, freelance work, or professional employment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and proficiency in digital design.
• Experience using Webflow, or equivalent hands-on experience in web design and development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is required.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic understanding of responsive web design, UX/UI principles, and modern design trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging graphics for digital advertising campaigns, social media, employer branding, presentations, email marketing, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist in designing and maintaining custom career sites that deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
• Build, update, and maintain website pages using Webflow while ensuring responsive design, usability, and brand consistency.
• Help develop and maintain client brand guidelines across multiple marketing channels.
• Partner with account managers, developers, and strategists to deliver high-quality creative solutions that meet client objectives.
• Prepare production-ready assets and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand your design, Webflow, and digital marketing skills.
