About The Position

The Business Development Junior Graphic Artist is a capable and detail-oriented creative professional who thrives in a corporate environment, values consistency, and brings technical design skill to branded communications. It plays a key role in executing and finalizing RFP, presentations, and graphics that align with our brand identity and win new business.

Requirements

2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a corporate or B2B environment.
Proficient in the Adobe Suite InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint.
Experience working with templates, paragraph/character styles, and style sheets.
Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining creativity.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity in preparing print and digital files for delivery and production.
Bachelor's degree or similar work experience in design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing or a related role; internships or previous experience in a similar position are a plus.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens.
Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person.
Repetitive hand movements, such as working on keyboard and writing.

Responsibilities

Follows design direction to ensure projects are properly branded, engaging, scalable, and efficient.
Contributes to creative brainstorming and ensures designs align with overall communications strategies.
Assists in the production of collateral that supports pre- and post-sales deliverables, such as RFPs, finalist presentations, white papers, case studies, infographics, brochures, placemats, and other special projects.
Execute custom communications projects that fulfill the needs and expectations of producers and clients to win and keep business through templates across platforms.
Capable of quickly solve problems, issues, or delays in regard to print or digital design and production deliverables.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
Contribute to the maintenance and organization of the graphics elements library.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
Identify new areas for learning to improve personal design skills and support team performance.
