About The Position

Flexi Software is hiring junior and entry-level Full-Stack Software Engineers to help build its next-generation platform. The role delivers enterprise-grade software for financial institutions, primarily across C# back-end services and APIs, Node.js, React, and Next.js front ends, and Microsoft SQL Server. Engineers use AI coding assistants and agentic workflows throughout design, coding, review, testing, and documentation, while carefully verifying AI-generated work for correctness, security, and quality. The primary focus is the next-generation web platform. On a limited basis, the engineer may also contribute to legacy Windows desktop solutions in C++ and C#, gaining exposure to how enterprise software evolves and how the new platform integrates with existing products and the DevOps environment. The role includes mentorship, pairing, regular feedback, and collaboration with Product, QA, and senior engineers. This is a hybrid position working in person with the team in Flexi's Atlanta, Georgia office. Flexi Software provides accounting solutions for organizations with complex multi-entity and intercompany accounting requirements. Its cloud-based and on-premise product suite includes general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, fixed asset management, project accounting, workflow automation, financial reporting, and budget software. Flexi serves banking, insurance, financial services, credit unions, healthcare, and business process outsourcing industries. Flexi was acquired in January 2025 by Quality Standard, a permanent capital holding company that acquires and grows fintech and govtech software businesses.
