About The Position

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join a small, cross-functional Agile team building the next generation of process automation solutions within our compliance platform. This role will be part of a team responsible for the end-to-end development (front-end and back-end) of a distributed microservices-based architecture. Initially, the successful candidate will focus on leveraging third-party solutions to enhance the platform by providing greater workflow customization capabilities for users. Requirements

Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles.
Understanding of RESTful APIs.
Understanding of flowcharts and workflow diagrams.
Strong understanding of web development fundamentals.
Experience developing with JavaScript and JSON.
Proficiency with a version control system (Git or equivalent).
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Form.io.
Experience with React and TypeScript.
Experience with C# development.
Experience designing and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server).
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Experience with application containerization (Docker).
Experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency.
Familiarity with the Linux command line (shell and command-line tools).
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain user interfaces and automation workflows using Form.io, Make.com, and integrations with Veriforce software solutions.
Develop and maintain microservices using RESTful APIs, C# .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
Design and enhance user interfaces using React, Redux, TypeScript, and/or React Native.
Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, including unit and integration tests.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Break down complex features into simple, testable, and achievable deliverables.
Diagnose and resolve production issues by performing systematic root cause analysis.
Collaborate effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Promote best practices related to APIs, cloud services, and microservices architecture.
