About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality enterprise applications. The role involves working across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in modern full-stack technologies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and accessible solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing n-tier enterprise applications
- Strong expertise in application design, modern design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Java-based application development
- Strong experience with RESTful API design and microservices architectures
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular)
- Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL development
- Experience with ORM frameworks such as JPA or Hibernate
- Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development
- Strong experience with test automation (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Playwright or similar tools)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

- Experience working with integration patterns, middleware, or API gateways
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and technical specifications into scalable, secure, and fully tested applications
- Develop detailed technical designs and programming specifications
- Write, review, and maintain clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Build and enhance data-driven applications and backend services
- Design and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Develop modern, responsive frontend components using frameworks such as React
- Build backend services and APIs using frameworks such as Spring Boot
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
- Support deployment, data migration, and system integration activities
- Collaborate with teams through code reviews, design sessions, and Agile ceremonies
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and accessibility standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
- Provide technical support during implementation and post-deployment
