About The Position
The Junior Foreman's main role is to do all things needed to support the safety, service and KPI's of the Winnipeg Terminal. This is done by being a leader on the dock floor in support of the direction of the Dock Foreman. The Junior Foreman also covers the Foreman for illness and vacation etc.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the City of Winnipeg and surrounding rural towns-ability to plan a delivery run.
- Leadership skills can clearly set expectations and assign tasks with company safety targets and service targets in mind.
- Willing to learn to run the PM dock
- Ability to train new hires
- Forklift
