You'll be critical to the success of our on-site delivery ensuring that are projects are installed with care and efficiency, under the direction of our Foremen.

Requirements

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods, including several weeks at a time
  • Methodical approach to work with strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of health and safety practices and procedures
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in fast-paced project environments
  • Resilience and adaptability to work in various weather conditions and demanding environments
  • Ability to work at elevated heights of 20 feet or more
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be able to travel nationwide to event locations 75% or the time. Transportation will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Attend pre- and post-event team briefings to support effective project execution and communication
  • Follow Foreman direction during the installation and dismantle phases of projects
  • Operate forklifts to load and unload materials while accurately completing transportation and shipping documentation
  • Safely batch, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse and at project sites
  • Understand structure build and dismantle processes, including the ability to independently build smaller structures and assist with larger, more complex structures with minimal supervision
  • Lead labor crews in alignment with Foreman direction and project timelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  • Complete and submit weekly timesheets accurately and on time
