About the position
The Financial Analyst role within the Finance Team at Imprint is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes. This role will contribute to budgeting and cost management activities, helping optimize financial resources. Strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the financial industry are essential. The Financial Analyst will also assist with ad hoc analysis and tasks as needed, while staying updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain financial models and spreadsheets
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay updated with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes
- Participate in ad hoc projects, such as benchmarking analysis and financial system implementation
- Assist the accounting team with expense tracking and forecasting
- Document and update the finance processes on a regular basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Financial services industry experience
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Periscope) is a bonus.
