About The Position
The Assistant Designer supports the team in creating products leading in innovation, design, function, fit and quality. You are mentored by a Senior Designer as well as a team of experienced designers. You will be the Designer’s right-hand person to support with day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
- 0-2 years minimum industry experience is required
- AA, BA, in Design required
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Word, Mac platform
Nice To Haves
- An understanding in 3D design would be a benefit
Responsibilities
- Initiate product development packets
- Update tech packs to reflect silo/construction changes throughout the product lifecycle
- Loading items into CBX
- Preparing packages for overseas counterparts
- Manage and maintain showroom samples and organization
- Prep showroom for sales meetings
