About The Position
Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a Junior Estimator to join our design and project support team. The Junior Estimator will be responsible for accurately taking off material, equipment, and labor from drawings using the company's estimating software. After the takeoff is completed, a detailed proposal will be generated. The Junior Estimator will also generate change orders as needed from Project Managers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year College Degree
- Must know how to use MS Office
- Possess the Ability to Read and Interpret Blueprints.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC/Plumbing Estimation Experience Preferable
Responsibilities
- Review Full Drawing Set and Specifications.
- Send Out all Fixtures and Equipment to Vendors for Pricing.
- Use Specified Material for the Assembly of the Project.
- Prepare Bill of Material.
- Prepare Labor Hours from The Estimate.
