Junior Estimator
About The Position

We work hard, hold each other accountable, and take pride in what we build. We’re looking for a Jr Estimator who is organized, detail-focused, and ready to grow. Position Summary The Jr Estimator supports the estimating team by reviewing plans, performing takeoffs, and helping build accurate project costs. This role is for someone with construction or estimating experience who wants to grow into a strong estimator.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, estimating, electrical estimating, or a related role. Field experience as an electrician would also be a plus
- Basic understanding of construction drawings
- Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and learning new software
Nice To Haves
- Experience with takeoffs, blueprints, or job costing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Review drawings and perform quantity takeoffs
- Help build and organize project estimates
- Track bid documents and deadlines
- Work with estimators, vendors, and suppliers
- Learn how jobs are built and priced
