Junior Enterprise Executive

About The Position

The Junior Enterprise Executive (JEE) is a hybrid role between BDR and Account Executive, focused exclusively on Enterprise accounts. JEEs take initial discovery calls, keep active enterprise opportunities warm between AE touchpoints, and reignite dormant enterprise pipeline. They are graded on both qualified meetings booked and closed‑won enterprise business — sharing accountability for Enterprise team attainment alongside the AEs they support.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in a BDR, SDR, or junior sales role at a B2B SaaS company, or equivalent customer‑facing experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding outbound meeting or pipeline quota
  • Comfort holding discovery conversations with directors, executives, and senior public sector buyers
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles — longer timelines, multi‑stakeholder buying, formal procurement
  • Confidence presenting product overviews and decks in live settings, including video and in‑person
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to represent Euna credibly with senior stakeholders
  • Resilience and patience for long sales cycles, dormant pipeline re‑engagement, and complex re‑qualification
  • Strong CRM hygiene habits, ideally in Salesforce, plus working knowledge of MEDDPICC or a similar qualification framework
  • Drive for continuous improvement, with examples of taking ownership of a process or outcome
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment

Nice To Haves

  • Public sector experience (state, local, K‑12, higher ed, nonprofit) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Take initial discovery calls on enterprise opportunities sourced by BDRs, Marketing, partners, and inbound channels
  • Keep active enterprise opportunities warm between AE touchpoints — sending value‑driven follow‑ups, sharing relevant insights, and maintaining stakeholder momentum on long sales cycles
  • Reignite dormant enterprise pipeline by re‑engaging closed‑lost, no‑decision, and stalled opportunities across the Enterprise team
  • Present standard Euna product overviews to enterprise prospects when a lower‑pressure introduction is the right next step
  • Partner with the channel ecosystem (cooperatives, resellers, SI partners) to drive joint enterprise pipeline and co‑sell opportunities
  • Book qualified enterprise meetings that progress to AE‑owned opportunities
  • Support enterprise deal cycles by maintaining next steps, ensuring stakeholder coverage, and surfacing risk to the AE early
  • Collaborate with assigned Enterprise AEs to align on account strategy, deal coverage, and clean handoff
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM hygiene in Salesforce — meeting notes, next steps, MEDDPICC fields, contact roles
  • Stay informed on public sector trends, enterprise procurement dynamics, and Euna product updates
  • Participate in ongoing skills development, coaching, and team training designed to prepare you for an AE role
