Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with coursework/background in electrical power systems preferred
• Minimum 2 years work experience
• EIT certification or capable and committed to obtaining EIT certification within 1 year of employment
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and Outlook
• Pass driving/background check
• Has or has ability to get US Passport

Nice To Haves

• AutoCAD Experience
• REVIT Experience
• Electrical power system modeling experience
• Experience with facility power, lighting and signal systems
• Experience with medium voltage distribution design

Responsibilities

• Working under the direction of a senior engineer, execute facility electrical engineering requirements as a member of a design team, including: existing and condition assessments; power, lighting and signal system design; preparation of studies, drawings and specifications; and development of construction costs.
• Perform field energy audits under direction of senior engineer.
• Conduct lightning protection and grounding studies.
• Perform load analysis, short circuit and coordination studies.
• Coordinate and work with other team members and disciplines.
• Perform other engineering and project related tasks related to support the electrical and mechanical design teams.
