About The Position
This is an early career opportunity for a Junior Director of Learner Services (BCBA) at Autism 360's Conover, North Carolina center. Autism 360 specializes in high-quality, child-centered ABA services with robust clinical support, allowing clinicians to focus on meaningful work and family partnerships without the pressure of constant billable hours. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or recent graduates eligible for certification

Nice To Haves
- Experience in early intervention, center-based ABA, or school readiness preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Participating in a minimum of 20 supervision hours per week
- Supporting the clinical oversight of your caseload
- Collaborating with families and team members to ensure quality care experiences
- Learning to lead and engage with both clients and technicians
- Focusing on clinical growth without the burden of scheduling logistics
