Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or recent graduates eligible for certification
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA practices
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for working with families
- Interest in professional growth and contributing to a positive team culture
Nice To Haves
- Experience in early intervention, center-based ABA, or school readiness preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Participating in a minimum of 20 supervision hours per week
- Supporting the clinical oversight of your caseload
- Collaborating with families and team members to ensure quality care experiences
- Learning to lead and engage with both clients and technicians
- Focusing on clinical growth without the burden of scheduling logistics
