About The Position

The Junior Digital Designer supports the social first marketing team in executing performance-oriented creative across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design foundation and an interest in expanding skills across graphic design and modern AI-enabled tools. You will work closely with our global marketing partners to assist in the creation, adaptation and optimization of creative assets.

Requirements

• Portfolio or project samples demonstrating design fundamentals and creative potential (student work accepted).
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro or After Effects) and CapCut video editor or similar tool.
• Curiosity and openness to modern creative tools, including AI-assisted design and editing tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and willingness to receive feedback.
• Ability to work closely with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and production of digital assets for social media
• Support the creation and editing of social-first content and static assets
• Help adapt creative into multiple formats and variations for different platforms and performance testing.
• Assist with organizing and preparing assets for organic and paid social campaigns.
• Learn and apply Barebells brand guidelines across all creative output.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, editing and asset creation under guidance.
• Monitor social trends, emerging platforms and creator-style content, bringing ideas and inspiration to the team.
• Perform additional design and creative support tasks as assigned
• Collaborate with the Social team to retouch, edit and create custom social content across all social channels
