  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or another related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline
  • Working within a DevOps or DevSecOps pipeline spanning development, testing, deployment, and operations.

  • Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Relevant certification (AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CompTIA Security+, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Support design, deployment, testing, certification, operation, and patching of DevSecOps infrastructure tools, including operating systems, support libraries, components, and application dependencies.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and maintenance (O&M) across multiple tools in the DevSecOps toolchain.
  • Deploy and configure services through an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) provider (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Configure and manage Linux-based servers supporting a dynamic website/application.
  • Assist in debugging issues in cluster-based/container-orchestration environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
  • Write scripts or basic programs (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks and resolve operational issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain open-source monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, the Elastic Stack).
  • Help integrate security practices, tools, and controls into the DevOps pipeline — development, testing, deployment, and operations — under senior engineer guidance.
  • Support automation of security testing, scanning, and compliance checks across the development lifecycle.
