About The Position

As Junior Development Architect / Project Coordinator, you will work in a support role to the Development Manager, assisting in the delivery of upcoming Boundless Life projects in Europe and Asia. This is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on part in shaping the physical spaces of a fast-growing, mission-driven company that is redefining how families live, work, and learn around the world. This position is designed for a versatile and proactive professional who thrives in the fast-paced environment of commercial developments (offices, education, and hybrid spaces). Reporting directly to the Development Manager, you will provide critical support across all phases of the project lifecycle, bridging the gap between technical architectural design and the practical reality of project delivery— ensuring that every detail is executed on time, on budget, and aligned with Boundless Life's design and operational standards. You will have three main focus areas: Assist in the end-to-end execution of new Boundless Life destinations, from initial renovation to final delivery. Help ensure technical alignment between architectural design, procurement decisions, and on-site construction. Contribute to budget optimization and the consistent application of Boundless Life's design language across all projects.
