The Analytics Team provides actionable data-driven insights for our clients, and we deliver these recommendations in easy-to-interpret deliverables. The end goal is to improve our client's business performance. The Junior Analyst will support the development of recurring and ad‑hoc reporting, analytical insights, and performance narratives that inform strategic decision‑making across Planning and Investment teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, curiosity around media performance, and the ability to translate data into clear takeaways for multiple stakeholders.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and actionability
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a matrixed team environment
  • Curiosity and openness to adopting new technologies and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and analytical rigor
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questions of the data
  • Bachelor's degree required (Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and QA
  • Proven ability to problem‑solve and use data to validate or challenge assumptions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivots, and data validation)
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint for building clean, client‑ready slides
  • Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Comfort working with large datasets and structured reporting templates

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Python, R, and/or SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and validation
  • Ability to use code to support reporting workflows, exploratory analysis, and quality assurance
  • Experience translating coded outputs into clear insights and business ready summaries

Responsibilities

  • Develop data‑supported insights and performance summaries across recurring and ad‑hoc analytics deliverables
  • Ensure all data‑gathering and tracking requirements are technically fulfilled prior to analysis
  • QA data outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established reporting frameworks
  • Develop proficiency with all software and tools used for data/campaign analysis and reporting (e.g., platform reporting, dashboards, clean rooms, advanced analytics tools)
  • Be proactive: Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn new tools, methodologies, and measurement approaches
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather inputs and contextual information to produce analytics deliverables
  • Support cross‑functional measurement initiatives
  • Help document and streamline workflows, processes, and reporting standards to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Ensure that all deliverables deadlines are met, including involving all appropriate parties to manage expectations internally and externally, if necessary
  • Effectively translate and communicate performance data into clear, easy‑to‑understand narratives for internal and external audiences
  • Contribute to an open, collaborative, and supportive working environment where opinions, views, and ideas are welcome and shared
