Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Equivalent combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Experience executing scheduled data validation routines.
  • Experience maintaining an issue, defect, or error register.
  • SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Maintain the error register, including control number, detection date and rule, affected record, assigned cause, owner, action taken, closure date, and verification method, and generate the weekly error listing from it.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting within two business days in the specified format, recording the query and pull date at the time of production.
  • Support the satisfaction survey program by monitoring field periods, validating cohort lists for grade, rank, contact information, and participation eligibility, and returning undeliverable data to the error register.
  • Maintain the caregiver compensation database as a shared cumulative record and support quarterly compilation and trend analysis.
  • Support case research, including verification of separation dates against personnel record sources and follow-through on correction requests.
