Junior Credit Analyst
About The Position
The Junior Credit Analyst at Fidelity Bank supports the credit analysis function by performing administrative and analytical tasks related to commercial lending. This role is responsible for organizing and tracking borrower financial information, assisting with basic credit analysis, preparing loan recommendations, and supporting loan committee processes. The position works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, compliance with lending policies, and timely responses to information requests, while also assisting with portfolio activities such as line of credit renewals. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent financial analysis training), strong organizational and communication skills, and a foundational understanding of financial statements.
