Daybreaker’s visual identity is central to everything we do. It draws people in at 5 AM, attracts world-class partners, and turns first-timers into lifelong community members. As our Junior Creative Director and Designer, you will own and evolve the visual language of Daybreaker across social, brand collateral, and merchandise — bringing our world to life with originality, consistency, and craft. This role is designed for a high-taste, high-output creative who is early in their leadership journey and ready to step up. You’ll work directly with Founder Radha Agrawal, a deeply intuitive and visionary creative leader, and collaborate with a joyful, fast-moving, in-person team shaping one of the most dynamic community movements in the world. You will be trusted to make decisions, move quickly, and execute at a high level without constant oversight. This is not a role for someone who waits for approval — it’s for someone who can carry the creative bar, run with ideas, and deliver work that is unmistakably Daybreaker. In-person presence in New York City is a firm requirement. You will be at events, in creative reviews, and embedded in the daily energy of the brand.
